Baccarat Banque Standards
Baccarat chemin de fer is played with eight decks in a dealing shoe. Cards valued less than ten are valued at their printed value while Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and A is one. Wagers are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the 2 hands to be dealt).
Two cards are given to both the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The score for every hand is the total of the two cards, but the beginning digit is discarded. For example, a hand of five and 6 has a value of one (five plus 6 = 11; drop the initial ‘1′).
A third card can be given out using the following rules:
- If the player or banker has a total of eight or nine, the two players stand.
- If the player has less than 5, she hits. Players holds otherwise.
- If the gambler stands, the house takes a card on a value lower than five. If the gambler hits, a guide is used to decide if the banker holds or takes a card.
Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds
The greater of the two scores wins. Winning wagers on the banker payout nineteen to Twenty (even payout less a 5 percent commission. Commission are kept track of and paid off when you depart the game so be sure to have money left over just before you depart). Winning bets on the gambler pays out at one to one. Winning wagers for tie frequently pay 8:1 but sometimes nine to one. (This is a bad bet as a tie occurs less than 1 in every ten rounds. Be wary of wagering on a tie. However odds are astonishingly greater for 9 to 1 vs. 8 to 1)
Played properly baccarat banque offers fairly decent odds, apart from the tie wager of course.
Punto Banco Scheme
As with all games punto banco has a handful of common myths. One of which is close to a absurdity in roulette. The past isn’t a prophecy of events about to happen. Recording previous results at a table is a poor use of paper and an affront to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.
The most familiar and possibly the most favorable plan is the one, three, two, six method. This plan is used to maximize profits and minimizing losses.
Start by betting 1 unit. If you succeed, add one more to the 2 on the game table for a grand total of three units on the second bet. Should you succeed you will retain six on the table, pull off 4 so you keep 2 on the third wager. Should you come away with a win on the third round, put down 2 to the four on the table for a grand total of 6 on the 4th wager.
If you lose on the 1st round, you take a loss of one. A win on the initial wager followed by a loss on the 2nd creates a hit of 2. Success on the initial 2 with a defeat on the third provides you with a gain of 2. And wins on the 1st three with a hit on the 4th means you are even. Winning all 4 wagers gives you with twelve, a take of 10. This means you will be able to give up the 2nd wager five instances for each favorable run of 4 bets and in the end, break even.
