Baccarat Banque Regulations

Punto banco is played with 8 decks in a dealing shoe. Cards below ten are counted at their printed number while Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is one. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the two hands that are dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then dealt to the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The total for each hand is the sum of the cards, however the first number is ignored. For example, a hand of 5 and 6 has a value of one (5 plus six equals eleven; ditch the first ‘1′).

A additional card may be given out using the rules below:

- If the player or banker achieves a score of 8 or nine, the two players stay.

- If the player has less than 5, he hits. Players holds otherwise.

- If the player holds, the bank takes a card on 5 or less. If the player hits, a chart is used to decide if the banker stays or hits.

Baccarat Banque Odds

The larger of the two hands wins. Winning bets on the house payout 19:20 (even payout minus a 5% commission. The Rake is recorded and cleared out when you depart the game so ensure you still have funds left over before you depart). Winning wagers on the gambler pays out at 1 to 1. Winning wagers for a tie typically pays out at 8:1 but occasionally nine to one. (This is a bad bet as ties happen lower than one in every 10 rounds. Be cautious of wagering on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for 9 to 1 versus 8:1)

Wagered on properly baccarat provides relatively good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Banque Course of Action

As with all games Baccarat has a few established false impressions. One of which is the same as a absurdity in roulette. The past isn’t a fore-teller of future actions. Recording previous results at a table is a bad use of paper and an insult to the tree that surrendered its life for our stationary needs.

The most common and possibly the most accomplished strategy is the one-three-two-six tactic. This method is used to maximize earnings and limit risk.

Start by placing 1 unit. If you win, add one more to the 2 on the table for a sum of 3 units on the second bet. If you win you will now have six on the table, remove 4 so you keep 2 on the 3rd wager. If you come away with a win on the third wager, add two on the four on the table for a sum total of 6 on the fourth wager.

Should you do not win on the 1st round, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the 1st round followed by a hit on the second brings about a loss of 2. Wins on the 1st two with a defeat on the third provides you with a take of two. And success on the initial 3 with a defeat on the 4th means you experience no loss. Succeeding at all four wagers leaves you with 12, a profit of ten. This means you will be able to lose the second bet 5 instances for each favorable run of 4 wagers and in the end, are even.
